Hiring Pega Developer

Role: Pega Developer Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Gurgaon Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Direct Contract with Haparz Budget: Up to 18 LPA

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with hands-on experience in enterprise application development, workflow automation, integrations, and background processing within the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Pega case management, APIs, Kafka integrations, SQL, and troubleshooting complex applications in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance applications using the Pega Platform

Build scalable workflow automation and case management solutions

Work on background processing components including Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and Agents

Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Kafka

Write and optimize SQL queries and database interactions

Perform API testing and validation using Postman

Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and improve performance

Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams for requirement analysis and delivery

Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support

Follow best practices for coding, security, and application performance

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Pega Development

Expertise in Pega Case Management & Integrations

Experience with Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and background processing

Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven integrations

Strong SQL and database skills

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Postman

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Pega Certifications – CSA / CSSA / LSA

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git

Knowledge of cloud environments and microservices architecture

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
