About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Planning professional to provide holistic wealth structuring and succession planning solutions to HNW and UHNW clients.

Working closely with Private Client Solutions team, investment professionals and external advisers, you will identify clients' wealth planning needs and develop tailored solutions across estate and succession planning, trusts, insurance, family governance, tax-efficient structures and cross-border wealth planning.

This client-facing and advisory-oriented role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex structures clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client profiles to design tailored solutions covering trusts, single family offices (SFO), insurance, and cross-border wealth preservation.

Partner closely with Private Client Solutions team in client meetings to provide technical expertise and help secure/onboard premium clients.

Coordinate with external legal, tax, trust, and corporate services advisers to successfully implement and review the approved structures.

Ensure all planning activities align with internal policies and regulatory standards, keeping meticulous documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

5–8 years of relevant experience in wealth planning, private banking, trust services, tax advisory, or family office advisory.

Strong understanding of Singapore wealth management and family office structures (e.g., Section 13O/13U, VCCs, trusts).

Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is required to regularly interact with Chinese-speaking clients.

Professional certifications like STEP, CFA, CPA, or a legal qualification is a plus.

Soft Skills & Competencies

Ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into practical, client-friendly advice.

Collaborative working style to manage multiple stakeholders (RMs, clients, and external experts).

Ethics: High integrity and absolute discretion when handling confidential client matters.
