What will I be doing as a Braeburn Café Manager?

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Braeburns standards and quality guidelines.

Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.

An Applegreen Braeburn Café Manager would ideally:

Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.

Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.

Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
