If you are a night owl who loves making guests feel welcome and wants to lead a team that is passionate about hospitality, this opportunity to join our Night team is perfect.

As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests overnight and will be managing the Front office team during this time. You will be warm and welcoming, providing the guest with an efficient and courteous welcome and departure, whilst also working behind the scenes to oversee the completion of nightly reports and prepare for the next day arrivals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Night Manager, Night Auditor or Senior Receptionist within a luxury hotel environment. Attention to detail, reliability and a customer focus is vital to your success in this role.
