Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our Legal Restructuring & Workout team within the Banking Department of the Legal Department, which is looking for a lawyer for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Carry out legal research and analysis in the context of cases handled by the team.

Drafting legal notes on topics relating to insolvency proceedings, banking and financial law, security rights, etc.

Carry out a monthly case law review to present to the team.

Assist the team in processing files: drafting letters to procedural bodies, filing claims, minutes of meetings.

Write summary notes on certain files.

Participate and collaborate in team meetings.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+4/5 student, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in law, notably banking and financial law, security rights law and/or insolvency procedures.

You have good legal knowledge or even a double finance/ law training and/or internships in business law firms.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
