AI Product Engineer / Full-Stack AI Developer

Location: Paris, France Work Type: On-site / Office-based Engagement: Full-time or project-based, depending on fit About the Role We are looking for an AI Product Engineer / Full-Stack AI Developer to help us build an AI-integrated platform for our agency. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong full-stack engineering ability with hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI coding/productivity tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, or similar systems into real product workflows. We need someone who can help us move from idea to MVP, make smart technical decisions, and build a platform that is reliable, scalable, and useful from day one. What You’ll Do

Build the platform’s frontend and backend

Develop dashboards, user flows, permissions, and workflow systems

Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar

Use AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable systems where useful

Create AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, and prompt systems

Work with databases, APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations

Help define the MVP, product roadmap, and technical architecture

Improve reliability, security, scalability, and performance

Collaborate closely with the founding and strategy team

What We’re Looking For

Strong full-stack development experience

Experience building SaaS products, platforms, dashboards, or internal tools

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar

Experience with React / Next.js

Experience with Node.js and/or Python

Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, or similar databases

Understanding of APIs, authentication, roles, permissions, and workflows

Familiarity with prompt engineering, agents, RAG, embeddings, or automation

Ability to think through product decisions, not just execute tasks

Clear communication and strong technical judgment

Availability to work on-site in Paris

Nice to Have

Experience deploying on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms

Experience with workflow automation tools

Experience with AI agents or multi-step AI systems

Experience working in early-stage product environments

Experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit Agent, or similar

We are looking for someone technical, independent, product-minded, and comfortable working closely with a small founding team in Paris.

Pay: 33,679.03€ - 92,177.29€ per year
