We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the payroll function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely administrative support. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Working closely with the Senior Payroll Officers, you will play an integral role in ensuring payroll processes are completed efficiently, Team Members and Team Leaders are supported, and payroll records are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and action the Payroll Inbox, ensuring queries are responded to or escalated appropriately
Run payroll exception reports and identify outstanding or incorrect timesheets
Follow up managers regarding missing approvals, outstanding timesheets, and payroll discrepancies
Save and maintain payroll documentation within the relevant pay run and electronic filing systems
Prepare and distribute standard payroll reports and General Ledger (GL) reports
Support the preparation of payroll data for fortnightly, off-cycles and monthly payroll cycles
Assist with audit requests and the preparation of payroll-related documentation
Provide administrative support to the Senior Payroll Officers across a range of payroll activities
Provide System Support and Project Support where required
About You
Previous administration experience, ideally within payroll, HR, or a similar environment
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive approach and willingness to learn payroll processes and systems
