From interactive eLearning and video to podcasts, assessments, coaching, and instructor-led programs, everything we build is grounded in the latest learning science. If you are passionate about shaping how people learn and perform at scale, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill an existing vacancy for a new position.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to uncover learner needs and translate them into clear, measurable learning objectives aligned to program goals

Design and develop engaging, modality-appropriate learning experiences - including storyboards, interactive eLearning, assessments, and multimedia assets - using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices

Build sophisticated adaptive learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, or Evolve

Devise and apply assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness at the element, module, and course levels

Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and end-to-end learning journeys in partnership with multimedia developers

Maintain accurate project documentation and course folders to support quality control and version management

Communicate proactively and professionally with SMEs, internal teams, and client stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle

Build strong cross-functional relationships to leverage internal tools, resources, and best practices

Requirements

Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education Technology, or a related discipline

3+ years of hands-on instructional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of learning solutions

Solid command of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, backward design, and design thinking

Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, multimedia principles, and a good eye for visual design

Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to adapt style and tone for diverse stakeholders

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment

A flexible, resilient, and client-centered mindset with a track record of building trust and delivering results under pressure

Experience designing AI-driven learning experiences, enablement programs, or AI agents

An artificial intelligence system is software that is developed with one or more techniques that can, for a given set of human-defined objectives, using algorithmic information processing, generate outputs such as content, predictions, recommendations, or decisions with varying levels of autonomy (“AI”). Tasks that humans have traditionally done by thinking and reasoning are increasingly being done by, or with the help of, AI to help create efficiencies.EPAM may use AI during the recruitment process, in connection with collecting or processing your personal data. Some (non-exhaustive) examples of tasks that EPAM may use AI for include conducting initial screening, creating transcripts of interviews, and assessing applications/CVs against defined job description criteria to make suggestions to the individuals evaluating your candidacy.Your personal data and the results of any processing are not shared with AI applications outside of EPAM infrastructure. While EPAM may use AI to help create efficiencies during the recruitment process, EPAM does not use AI to make hiring decisions, which is done by EPAM Talent Acquisition and management.
