A Snapshot of Your Day

As Team Lead Project Execution Order Management, you lead a team of Project Managers within the Converter Factory in Nuremberg. Your mission is to ensure stable, reliable, and customer-focused project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle. You enable your team to deliver complex customer projects successfully while driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering ownership, accountability, decision-making, and a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence and customer satisfaction

Ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and high-quality project execution across the entire project lifecycle while maintaining business continuity and operational stability

Act as the primary escalation point for critical project situations, ensuring transparent management of project risks, schedules, resources, and delivery performance

Drive cross-functional collaboration and actively manage interfaces between Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Tender Management, Quality, Customers, and other key stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance project execution, predictability, and operational performance

Support the transformation of the Order Management organization into a best-in-class project execution function through continuous improvement and organizational development

What You Bring

Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

Long-term professional experience in project execution, project management, operations, or a related industrial environment

Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams, combined with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Passion for driving change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence with a high level of ownership, accountability, and customer orientation

Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, complemented by a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, along with fluent German and English language skills
