Description
Project Manager - Plant Operations at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

This position is responsible for the overall facilities project management. The position is also responsible for upgrade of all buildings and equipment as well as responsibility for all physical plant improvements and infrastructure improvements as they relate to construction. The locations of responsibility are Little Co. of Mary Hospital, Del Amo Diagnostic Center, Little Co. of Mary Pavilion, Parnelli Jones Building. This position is also responsible for Valet and Parking Services for South Bay Ministries. This position oversees the contract with the parking management company and works with departments and employees to assist with communicating and/or parking solutions.

Required qualifications:
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
2 years of Supervisory experience in a complex facility environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
