About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and staff.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Handle inventory, stock control, and merchandising.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and store reports.
Recruit, train, and motivate store employees.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and SOP compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of billing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
