Your Role

As a Solution Architect / Technical SME (.NET, GenAI & STARLIMS), you will play a key role in solution consulting, architecture design, pursuit support, and modernization initiatives for enterprise applications within regulated industries. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients leverage modern application architectures, AI-enabled development practices, and laboratory informatics solutions to drive business value and operational excellence.

This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft application technologies, software architecture, GenAI adoption, and laboratory systems, combined with experience in proposal support, customer engagement, and technology transformation programs.

In this role, you will:

Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise applications built on .NET and ASP.NET technologies.

Drive application modernization, technical assessment, and transformation initiatives across client engagements.

Design scalable data models, optimize SQL Server solutions, and guide application performance improvements.

Provide technical leadership in JavaScript-based web applications and modern application delivery practices.

Support API architecture, integration strategies, and enterprise connectivity requirements.

Develop proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes, and technical demonstrations for clients and pursuits.

Conduct technical estimations, risk assessments, and solution reviews to support delivery success.

Identify and define GenAI use cases that improve business processes, software development, and operational efficiency.

Guide the adoption of AI-enabled software engineering practices, including AI-assisted SDLC, testing, and automation.

Support implementation approaches involving LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and Copilot-style solutions.

Promote Responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.

Provide solution expertise related to STARLIMS and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and business requirement discussions.

Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, solution presentations, and customer demonstrations.

Develop value engineering recommendations, business cases, and modernization roadmaps.

Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful handover and delivery execution.

Application Architecture & Development

.NET Framework / .NET Core Architecture

Enterprise Application Modernization

SQL Server Data Modeling and Query Optimization

API Design and Integration Architecture

Technical Estimation and Risk Assessment

POC and Prototype Development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with STARLIMS or other leading LIMS platforms.

Exposure to Medical Device, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

Relevant certifications in Microsoft Technologies, Cloud Platforms, AI, or Solution Architecture.
