Hiring: Production Manager Location: Ahmedabad Position: Production Manager Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics & Communication Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations, drive manufacturing excellence, optimize processes, and manage high-performing shop floor teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.

Manage day-to-day shop floor operations and achieve production targets.

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Drive process improvements, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, rejection rates, and on-time delivery.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

Prepare production MIS reports and present key performance metrics to management.

Eligibility:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication.

8–12 years of experience in Panel Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Electrical Panel Manufacturing, or Control Panel Industries.

Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, electrical panels, and industrial engineering.

Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
