Job Description
Supervise piping shifting, painting, erection and installation activities at site.
Ability to understand AutoCAD 2D drawings and Piping Isometric drawing.
Outfitting activities such as installation of pipes/spools based on the line diagram in AutoCAD (for layout)
Review piping GA drawings, isometric drawings and P&ID.
Ensure proper alignment, fit-up and installation of piping systems.
Monitor welding activities as per approved WPS and project standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections, NDT and documentation.
Plan and monitor hydro testing, flushing and other piping testing activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during piping works.
Track material consumption and coordinate with stores for piping materials.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with client, Civil team and subcontractors for smooth execution.
Certification of measurements with client on timely manner.
