About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will work on cutting-edge AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and scalable AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
Build and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs.
Build REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask for AI model integration.
Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Deploy AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI solutions.
Follow best coding practices, version control using Git, and CI/CD workflows.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
API development experience using FastAPI or Flask.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of Docker, Git, and deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
Experience with Kubernetes is an added advantage.
Understanding of data engineering and ETL workflows.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
