JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst drives the development, implementation, and optimisation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related systems. This position involves requirements gathering, workflow analysis and redesign, master data management, system configuration, project execution, data analysis, junior team mentoring and clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders’ engagement to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of Responsibility
Drive requirements gathering and conduct detailed needs assessments
Design, build and optimise EMR systems to meet operational requirements
Manage comprehensive testing activities
Evaluate and optimise clinical workflows
Conduct data analysis for decision support and improvement
Manage small to medium-scale informatics projects
Mentor junior analysts
Drive stakeholder engagement and system adoption
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, business analytics or related field
Minimum 4 years of clinical informatics or healthcare experience
Epic and Health Informatics certification (e.g. AMIA 10x10, CPHIMS) preferred

Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to manage multiple complex tasks
