We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business and build lasting relationships with our customers. If you enjoy meeting people, generating new business, and creating marketing ideas, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing new customer opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.

Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Manage the company's social media platforms and assist in creating marketing content.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Represent the company professionally during customer visits and events.

Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

GCE O-Level, A-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and marketing are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve results.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with social media marketing is an advantage.

Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred but not mandatory).
