What you’ll be doing

Identifying and reaching out to potential partners/brands/businesses that make sense for us.

Building relationships with partners - calls, meetings, follow-ups, the whole vibe.

Putting together proposals, pitch decks, and partnership agreements.

Negotiating terms that work for both sides (win-win, not just win for us).

Tracking partnership performance and making sure collabs actually deliver results.

Working with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring partnerships to life.

Nurturing existing partnerships so they don't just fizzle out after one campaign

What we’re looking for

Diploma and Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not a dealbreaker).

Someone confident and comfortable talking to new people (cold outreach doesn't scare you).

Good communication and negotiation skills - you can sell an idea without being pushy.

Organized enough to juggle multiple partner conversations at once.

Creative thinker - you spot opportunities others might miss.

A "let's make this happen" attitude, not a "maybe next time" one.

Bonus points if you've done sales, BD, or marketing internships before.

Basically: outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely excited about building relationships.

Fresh grads, Entry Level, Mid-career switch are welcome - we care more about your hustle than your GPA.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
