Retail Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist walk-in customers by recommending products according to customers’ needs and answering customers’ queries.

· Provide high standard of customer service to customers.

· Provide professional advice and solutions to customers.

· Demonstrate strong product knowledge when explaining contact lens features and care.

· Strive to increase sales revenue in the shop

· Promote and upsell / cross sell contact lenses and related products to achieve sales targets.

· Perform cashiering duties.

· Manage inventory, including receiving, replenishing and tracking stocks in the shop.

· Maintain a neat and visually appealing store display, and a clean and organized environment.

· Any other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum higher secondary/A Level/college in any field

· Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in contact lens, cosmetic or fashion industry

· Positive, self-motivated and results-oriented

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Able to work retail hours, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and on Public Holidays

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
