MAINTENANCE MANAGER – PARON PLANT

Supervise and/or plan maintenance operations by implementing a maintenance program aligned with production resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure continuous improvement of equipment and infrastructure (participation in improvement initiatives)

Prevent, supervise, and/or coordinate the resolution of breakdowns to avoid production downtime; intervene on complex failures

Manage the team (headcount, skills development) and optimize workforce efficiency

Oversee external contractors (quality, safety, compliance with requirements); manage contracts, service follow-up, and specifications

Propose investment plans (technical and/or cost aspects) and lead and/or deploy associated projects

Produce and monitor reporting (performance, interventions, improvement plans, etc.)

Define and oversee regulatory inspections and compliance checks

Identify alternative or innovative solutions (equipment, services) to meet business needs

Monitor and verify the compliance of work performed by external contractors (quality, safety, and alignment with requirements)

RESPONSABLE MAINTENANCE PARON

Superviser et/ou planifier les opérations de maintenance par la mise en place d'un programme de maintenance adapté aux moyens de production

Principales activités :

Assurer l'amélioration continue des équipements et infrastructures (participations aux actions de progrès)

Prévenir, superviser et/ou faire traiter les pannes pour éviter l'arrêt de production, intervenir sur des pannes complexes

Manager son équipe (effectif, évolution des compétences) et optimiser les effectifs

Piloter les entreprises extérieures (qualité, sécurité, respect du besoin). Assurer l'encadrement du contrat, suivi de prestations et du cahier des charges

Faire des propositions relatives au plan d'investissement (technique et/ou chiffrage) et piloter et/ou déployer les projets associés

Assurer les différents reportings (performance, interventions, plan de progrès ….)

Définir et piloter les contrôles réglementaires ‐ Rechercher des solutions de remplacement ou innovantes (matériel, service) afin de répondre au besoin ‐ Suivre et vérifier la conformité des actions réalisées par les entreprises extérieures (qualité, sécurité, respect du besoin par rapport à la demande exprimée)
