About The Role
As an Application Support Engineer, you'll provide technical expertise across NHP's extensive product portfolio, supporting customers and colleagues with everything from technical enquiries and application advice to troubleshooting and product training.
No two days are the same. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding technical support and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical and application support for NHP products and solutions
Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email
Support Sales and Customer Service teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical advice
Troubleshoot product and application issues, delivering timely and effective solutions
Manage and resolve technical enquiries and customer concerns with a customer-first approach
Collaborate with Commercial Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Consultants on project-based solutions
Develop and maintain technical resources, including knowledge articles and website content
Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams
Assist with technical presentations, customer meetings, and field support activities as required
What you will bring:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
2–5 years' experience in an engineering, technical support, or application-focused role
Knowledge of power distribution, motor control, industrial automation, machine safety, or electrical products
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital systems and technology
