We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile infrastructure project located north of Adelaide. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a driven operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding results.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of a critical project operation, overseeing production performance, plant reliability, safety outcomes, client relationships and team leadership.
This role is ideal for a proven leader from the concrete, quarrying, construction materials or heavy industrial sectors who enjoys being close to operations, leading people and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of project, production and contractual outcomes
Drive high-volume concrete production, ensuring quality, efficiency and operational excellence
Drive operational performance by delivering production targets across volume, quality and schedule expectations.
Lead site operations and people by overseeing daily activities, workforce performance, rosters and team coordination.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and solution-focused service
Improve outcomes and manage risk through proactive problem solving, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience within concrete, quarrying, construction materials or heavy industrial operations
Experience managing high-pressure, production-focused sites or projects
Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, reliability and asset management practices
Proven capability managing teams, performance, HR and industrial relations matters
Sound understanding of workplace health, safety and environmental compliance requirements
Experience managing client relationships, contract performance and stakeholder expectations
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with a leadership style built on accountability, collaboration and results
