Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Upstream CSG team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

This is a site-based role in the Roma region (QLD), working a 19/9 roster, providing engineering support to a high-performing operations team and will see you working closely with a key client.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).

Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.

Support tender submissions and execution phases.

Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.

What you will bring:

Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally within CSG.

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Australian recognised).

P6/Scheduler experience highly advantageous.

Experience working in an on-site engineering position, servicing the resources sector.

Strong, clear written and technical skills.

Motivated and proactive approach, with an eagerness to learn.

Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Proof of right to work in Australia.
