The Role

As a key member of the Endpoint team, you will provide onsite and remote IT support to one of our Managed Services clients, covering both 1st and 2nd level desktop support. Brennan is seeking a dynamic, energetic and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer (Endpoint Consultant) to join our Adelaide team. This is a predominantly onsite role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with customers and is comfortable travelling regularly as part of their week.

You will typically be based between our Adelaide office, a key client site in Keswick, and other client locations across the Adelaide area. Travel is a regular part of the role and may include semi-regular overnight trips, including visits to Darwin, as well as occasional interstate travel for team events and training throughout the year.

This role would suit someone who is flexible, self-driven and confident working independently. You will provide onsite and remote support across desktop, end-user, mobile device and application issues while maintaining high service standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Provide L1 and L2 support for service delivery teams and resolve technical issues

Provide onsite support at client locations on behalf of service delivery teams and resolve technical issues

Proactively managing our client's IT environments

Conducting problem management to ensure the root cause of issues is addressed

Take ownership of your assigned clients, and ensure we deliver excellence in customer service

Maintain and administer systems, which includes Desktops (Windows OS), Microsoft Office suite, basic printing and Windows server support. Also includes end user support and liaising with 3rd party vendors as needed.

Strive for high levels of customer feedback scores

Maintain effective communications with your clients

What skills and experience we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years IT experience

Reasonable experience in common business applications, especially Microsoft Office suite of products Including Office365

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to work within and across teams

Industry based certifications

Installation and management of peripheral devices

User account maintenance

Desktop and End User Support

Ability to service on Site Contracted Requirements
