About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Design & Customer Care Executives and Interior Designers / Site Supervisors to join our team in Mumbai. If you have experience in interior design, site execution, customer handling, and project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.

Suggest suitable interior solutions including wallcoverings, furnishings, floorings, mattresses, customized furniture, and related products.

Develop design concepts, prepare cost estimates, and create BOQs.

Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining quality standards.

Handle client meetings, resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor on-site work and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, site supervision, or project execution.

Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and material selection.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Willingness to travel for site visits within Mumbai.
