This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Manager of the LAUNCH Program, you will partner with our business leaders to develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Early Talent Partnerships team reporting to the Director of Early Talent Partnerships, you will attract and grow top early-career talent across the enterprise.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Lead the end-to-end LAUNCH participant journey – from hotel immersion experiences across the globe to identifying business rotations at HQ to facilitating final placement.
Design impactful learning, networking, and leadership experiences that deepen participants' connection to Hilton's culture, business, and career opportunities.
Use program insights, participant feedback, and outcomes to inform strategy and coaching to deliver recommendations to senior leaders and program partners.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Work with HR leaders and program partners across the enterprise to create meaningful rotational and hotel immersion experiences that participants' skills and exposure to Hilton's operations.
Collaborate with the Director of Early Talent Partnerships (ETP), broader ETP team, and Corporate Recruitment team to attract talent into the program.
Work with Learning & Development partners to create a development curriculum that accelerates participant growth and leadership readiness.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
Establish impactful feedback mechanisms and communication channels that enhance participant engagement, inform program enhancements and meet evolving enterprise needs.
Oversee the management of the program, ensuring a seamless participant experience from onboarding through final placement.
Manage the program budget and use resources to maximize participant and program impact.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of progressive experience in fields such as Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, or related areas.
Five (5) years of professional experience
Onsite in McLean, VA
It would be useful if you have:
Project or Program Management knowledge
Hospitality Industry experience
Experience with early talent development and career advancement
Experience designing impactful learning and development programs
People management experience

Benefits availability may vary depending on Team Member's location as well as terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific program/plan.
Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
