About this Position

本ポジションは、接着剤、機能性材料、および関連ソリューションの提案営業を通じて、日本国内の主要顧客とのビジネス拡大を推進する営業ポジションです。

担当顧客との長期的な関係構築を通じて、売上および利益目標の達成をリードいただきます。また、技術、品質、サプライチェーンなどの関連部門と連携し、顧客課題の解決を推進していただきます。

What you´ll do

主要顧客に対する営業戦略の立案および実行、既存顧客との長期的な関係構築

顧客ニーズの把握およびソリューション提案

価格交渉、契約管理、売上拡大の推進

新規顧客・新規案件の開拓

市場動向および競合情報の分析、社内関係部署と連携した案件創出

技術部門、品質保証、SCMとの協業

顧客課題解決の推進

CRMを活用した案件管理および売上予測

What makes you a good fit

必須条件

BtoB営業経験5年以上

化学、接着剤、電子材料、工業材料業界での営業経験

キーアカウントマネジメント経験ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外拠点との会議・コミュニケーションが可能なレベル）

ネイティブレベルの日本語力

外資系化学メーカーでの経験

接着剤、ポリマー、電子材料、半導体関連製品の知見

グローバルチームとの協業経験

商社、メーカー、または関連業界での営業経験
