Salesforce QA test lead with 5+ years of relevant experience on manual testing. Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality!

Must Have:

Experience working with Salesforce Technology.

Experience leading the QA team

Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.

Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.

Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.

Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.

Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.

Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.

Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Certification:

Salesforce Admin certification

Good to Have:

Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification

Exposure to Salesforce business analyst

Experience with Salesforce automation testing
