Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to drive the vision, quality, and execution of motion design across all platforms. This role combines hands-on motion design with team leadership and creative direction, ensuring engaging, on-brand visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the motion design team, providing creative direction and feedback

Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations

Develop motion design concepts, storyboards, and style frames

Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all motion assets

Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and product teams

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively

Review and approve final motion deliverables

Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and best practices

Coordinate with external agencies, editors, sound designers, and vendors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

6–9+ years of experience in motion design or animation

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior role

Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and storytelling

Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools

Strong understanding of timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling

Experience managing and mentoring designers

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya

Knowledge of UI/UX motion and micro-interactions

Experience with scripting/expressions in After Effects

Familiarity with real-time engines (Unreal / Unity)

Experience in [industry: tech, advertising, media, gaming, SaaS, etc.]
