Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments
Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
Implement machine learning algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into applications and systems
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
Apply AI techniques such as NLP, computer vision, or deep learning based on business use cases
Document experiments, model configurations, and deployment processes
Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends including Generative AI and Large Language Models
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (data model deployment)
Experience in domain-specific applications such as healthcare, customer service, or automation
Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias mitigation, and model explainability
Proven exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or deep learning techniques
