About Us

Accross Ethnic is a growing men's ethnic wear brand committed to delivering premium-quality apparel with exceptional craftsmanship. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with financial and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally Prime.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Process TDS entries and maintain related documentation.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.

Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required.

Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and financial records.

Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Accounts Finalization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com).

1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or Accountant.

Experience in the garment, apparel, retail, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Experience with inventory-related accounting is preferred.

Strong understanding of statutory compliance and accounting procedures.

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
