Banking Project Manager (API & Channels)

The Banking Project Manager (API & Channels) at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd will play a key role in managing and implementing projects that enhance our banking clients' API capabilities and digital channels. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for API and channel initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinating with technical teams to design and implement API integrations and channel enhancements.

Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Conducting regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among teams.

Providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status and outcomes.

Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful deployment of new APIs and channel features.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on APIs and digital channels.

Proven experience in managing complex projects involving API development and integration.

Strong understanding of banking operations, API ecosystems, and digital channel strategy.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking APIs and digital channels.
