We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Director to lead our security operations and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Security Operations activities.
Manage Incident Response and Crisis Management processes.
Ensure compliance with security regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Drive strategic planning, operational growth, and business objectives.
Oversee Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions and performance.
Lead employee training, development, and awareness programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and vulnerabilities.
Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Valid Grade CSO Licence (Mandatory).
WSQ Diploma in Security or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Operations.
Minimum 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
Proven experience in the Singapore Security Industry (Mandatory).
Strong background in Investigations, Audits, Compliance, and Risk Management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required.
