What You'll Do: Manage litigation files from inception to finalisation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Upload and oversee matters on CaseLines, maintaining meticulous records Handle court filings and processes via Court Online, ensuring compliance with all legal procedures Draft and format legal documents, notices, and correspondence with precision Liaise effectively with advocates, clients, and court officials to facilitate seamless communication Manage diaries and coordinate court rolls to ensure all schedules are adhered to Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in litigation administration Strong management skills with an understanding of litigation procedures Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing case files Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience with Court Online and CaseLines platforms If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret that you have been unsuccessful.
