Our growing Recruitment department is looking for a confident and motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator on a fixed-term contract until 30.11.2026, to join our busy and fast-paced team.

Please be aware, should this Temporary Assignment have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the Temporary Assignment will have firts-refusal of the role (provided measures have been met).
Please note, office hours are 8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday, and 8am - 5pm on Friday & Saturday.
Please note this role will require flexibility to work evening and one Saturday shift every 10-12 weeks on a rotational basis.
What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles in Sales Team
Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews
Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
Handle queries around contracts and documentation
Create and check employment contracts
Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking
What you'll need
Experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational roles
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)
A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous
Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
