Principal - Tech Business Management (Merger & Integration)
We are seeking a Principal - Tech Business Management (Merger & Integration) professional to lead high-impact merger, acquisition, divestiture, and integration initiatives across the Consumer organization. In this role, you will drive due diligence support, transition planning, operational readiness, dependency management, and post-close execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will partner across business and technology teams to shape integration strategy, support TSA and separation planning, and help deliver business outcomes with discipline and speed. You must be able to navigate fluid work, unknown data, and evolving project plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Program manage merger and integration programs from diligence through execution, including planning, governance, and risk management
Develop business cases, financial analyses, and performance metrics to support strategic decisions and measure outcomes
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against integration milestones
Design and improve scalable processes for intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and execution
Create executive-ready communications, updates, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholder teams
Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities to strengthen integration effectiveness and business continuity
What you will bring-Role Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in technical business management, program management, merger and integration execution, or a related field.
Strong experience in transition planning, operational readiness, process design, compliance management, capacity planning, strategic planning, and performance reporting is required.
You should also bring strong analytical skills, including experience using tools such as PowerBI, along with advanced communication and presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Our Principal Tech Business Mgmt jobs earn between $116,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
