Legal Director
About the role
We are looking for a professional who can identify with dynamic and challenging environments to work as Legal Director.
The professional will be responsible for leading and supervising all of the company's legal operations and strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting the organization's legal interests.
Provide legal support to the company's senior management.
Advising and assisting in business law matters, such as contracts, intellectual property, digital, data privacy, among others.
Manage fraud prevention and third-party claims, disputes and litigation.
Supervision of external law firms.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, providing training for the team.
More than 10 years of relevant legal experience in corporate management of the area in large companies.
Proven ability to create defensive or proactive legal strategies.
Competent negotiator.
Graduated in Law at top level universities, with specialization courses, Master's and/or MBA.
Excellent writing, oral communication and presentation skills in English.
Based: São Paulo / SP.
