Job Title Senior FP&A Analyst
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst processes multiple financial data and provides a fair view of Alstom, regional, cluster or site performance through consistent data aggregation and appropriate financial analyses. He or She:
Assists Operational & Commercial teams with reports and ad hoc analyses;
Supports the Alstom, regional, cluster or site management with analytics;
Challenges internal stakeholders to stimulate company-wide, regional, cluster or site performance

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
This list of responsibilities is not comprehensive and may be amended at any time by manager/supervisor
Key accountabilities:
Complete the FPR validation for all the projects ( focus on GM variance and PPI improvement and degradation) for CFO review
Analysis of CPA (Contract Price Agreement) for all the projects based upon latest FPR validation
CPI Analysis - Analyse the Net Cash position on projects at CPI 0, CPI 1 and CPI 2 and understand the reasons for material variances
Analyze the NAVO movements in each project and check the accuracy of treatment of NAVO as per the guidelines
Long term forecasting of Cash KPIs for projects (Cash & PWC)
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (CA / CMA)
CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance with higher relevant experience
Desirable:
Experience

5-8 years of experience in FP&A / Corporate finance
Strong Analytical and Presentation Skiils
Fluent in English
