Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the B2B material industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Architects, Interior Designers (ID), and Consultants, along with strong expertise in developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field or MBA or an Engineer.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
Rols and Responsibilities:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM systems, and sales tools.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Other:
o High level of professionalism and integrity.
o Ability to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
