We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Support multiple Data Engineering systems to maintain and help Financial Crime stakeholders.

Innovate and be creative in the identification of opportunities to leverage technology to support the business roadmap.

Promote Agile ways of working within the Pods by removing impediments to improve efficiency.

Work across geographies for application support.

Develop talent within the team and helps create opportunities for junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Sound understanding of application support and related tools like ServiceNow, control-m etc.

Incident management, change management and problem management experience.

Understanding of what is required to own a system from an Support Engineer perspective.

Ability to adapt and understand new technologies.

Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication and stakeholder management skills.

Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail.

Proficient documentation skills; able to fully document requirements, proposed solutions, processes, and data flows effectively.
