We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Distribution Campaigns and Events.

In this role you will:

Lead planning and execution of distribution events and campaigns from concept through completion

Work closely with business owners to translate objectives into effective event strategies, programmes, and content

Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site operations to ensure smooth and successful delivery

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute high-quality events and experiences

Support creative development, including event themes, messaging, and content across print and digital platforms

Oversee operational details such as venue sourcing, rehearsals, run-of-show, and contingency planning

Track event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights

Drive team execution standards and process improvements

To be successful you will need:

Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end events and campaigns

Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities

Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with a structured and disciplined approach to execution

Proactive, resourceful team player who can operate independently when required
