Retail Merchandising Assistant (Contract until 31 Dec 2026)

Main activities

Sales management

- Assist the merchandisers to monitor the monthly sales activities, prepare necessary reporting and perform follow-up

- Assist the merchandisers to provide relevant analysis on sales trends for métiers responsible.

Stock management & Reporting

- Assist and prepare KPI report regularly

- Assist to provide relevant analysis on inventory evolution

- Support the team to Optimize and animate stock between stores by doing regular transfers

- Support in STO update in SAP system (regular basis)

- Support in all Merchandising activities related to events / stock takes

- Support to validate and monitor reorders placed in H+ by the stores

Supply Chain management

- Facilitate products supply in coordination with the logistics department

- Assist and support Retail Planner in defining the selection of PSI with store managers and define min-max level for the automatic replenishment (twice a year)

- Create Purchase order for Perfume/Beauty, Watches and St Louis upon delivery

- Be a bridge between stores and Métier regarding St Louis order and follow up

- To support all other ad hoc duties assigned by the Merchandising team

Requirements & Capabilities

- Diploma graduate with at least 1 year experience in similar capacity

- Fluent in English.

- Must be a good team player. Detailed minded, service oriented and self-motivated.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
