Summary:

We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Schedulers for upcoming opportunities across Australia. This is an opportunity to connect with skilled scheduling

professionals who may be interested in future work with our consultancy team. Successful candidates may support the planning, development and maintenance of project schedules, helping coordinate activities, manage key inputs and support effective communication across stakeholders as new projects arise.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and assure complex integrated schedules, ensuring activities, milestones, dependencies and baselines remain accurate, logical and aligned to program objectives.

Apply advanced scheduling techniques, including logic validation, critical path analysis, constraints management, baseline control and schedule health checks.

Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify slippage, float erosion, delivery risks, key schedule drivers and opportunities to support recovery planning.

Prepare clear schedule reporting, dashboards and milestone updates to support governance forums, performance reviews and senior decision-making.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate inputs, review schedule artefacts and translate complex planning information into practical insights.

Promote consistent scheduling governance, processes and best-practice planning methodologies, with experience using OPP required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling or a similar role within a consultancy environment.

Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Current AGSVA NV1 or higher

Most of the clients we work with require onsite presence.
