About the role
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the Logistics and monitoring of related incoming and outgoing shipments from respective manufacturing plants and warehouses, as well as the monitoring of its associated shipment bookings by the contracted 4PL.
Coordinate cargo claims and complaints.
Process vendor’s invoice and enter shipment cost in SAP as per agreed contractual term
Preparing and tracking the cargo movement report and contracted 4PL's performance for sharing with internal stakeholders and service providers
Supply Chain related reporting, Inventory management and stock take on assign facilities
Supports Supervisor and Manager as required, in all matters related to the operations of assigned region facilities.
The scope of the work involved liaising with manufacturing plant/ warehouse, inventory monitoring, contracted vendors’ billing settlement, with the objective of shipping to customers in Asia while meeting on time delivery, preserving product quality and reducing cost..
Job Responsibilities
Sites Operation – 30%
Seoul, Busan and Ulsan Sites operations, warehouse, highsea and import/export logistics execution
Monitor logistic performance operation team for execution related to regional plants, warehouse, highsea operations, including import & export shipments; ensure corrective action and import/export processes are in place to comply with regulations.
Coordinate with manufacturing site/ JV on order fulfillment.
Monitor logistics activities and oversee external circumstances and requirements. Collaboration with internal SABIC functions for continuous logistics service level enhancement for better service and cost optimization.– 20%
Develop & execute tactical Logistics Road Map for short and long term plan
Logistics business scope, qualification, Logistics networking for optimal Logistics services
Evaluate risk management plans (i.e SHERQ, , EHSS, BCP ) that incorporate into all logistics service Scope
Manage KPI targets in areas such as transit and delivery times, inventory levels, logistics costs and service standards, monitor and review the performance of all supply chain and logistics activities including planning & control, inventory management, storage, customs operation, warehousing, transportation and distribution against these goals
SC Policy, Procedure and System Development– 20%
Execute data flow from ERP, 4PL system
Support and assist resolution of non-quality complaints from internal customersand Logistics Provider
Assist Supervisor / Manager, as required, in all matters related to the operations of assigned region facilities spare part purchase planning (Short / Mid / Long term)
Responsible for Supply Chain related reporting , Inventory management and stock take on assign facilities. Supports in all matters related to the operations of assigned region facilities all marine transportation, inventory monitoring, contracted vendor’s billing settlement – 15%
To prepare logistics budget planning cycle and manage its utilization within assigned region
Involve Supply Chain costs as per budget and liaise with stakeholders to support business goals and plan.
Involve cost optimization and process improvements proposal with cross functional teams
Involve on regular logistics cost closing with finance team as ROA overall logistics cost champion
Other Assigned Task and Project – 15%
To perform other assigned project within the supply chain’s continuous improvement program when required.
Develop and lead Total Cost Out (TCO) project to assigned site, and induce the participation of necessary stakeholders.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Academic education (Master degree or Bachelor degree), preferably Supply Chain and/or Economics, MPA, Engenering, Information System, Finance
Preferably Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
