We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow and develop within a fast-paced and supportive environment. We believe in empowering our team members and helping them achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers while gaining the skills and confidence to eventually manage your own portfolio. Your day to day tasks will include:
Organising and attending open inspections
Managing tenant applications and communications
Drafting and executing tenancy agreements
Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless service
Processing bonds and bond refunds
Conducting property inspections (Ingoing, Routine, and Final)
Coordinating maintenance requests and overseeing repairs
Handling administrative tasks, including invoicing and reporting

Essential Requirements:
Current Property Management Registration (or willingness to complete the course before start date)
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A high level of integrity and professionalism
Problem-solving skills and initiative
Additional Information: Occasionally, the role will involve travel across our offices, located at Norwood, Grange, Campbelltown and Burnside.
