Reporting to the Allocations Manager, you will be tasked with:

Allocating subcontractors (Plant and Trucks) to projects around Victoria;

Entering all orders and assigned subcontractor details into our allocations system;

Addressing all client questions and subcontractor enquiries issued via email and/or telephone;

Continually striving to improve customer service, at all times; and

Managing a high level of incoming and outbound calls, where you must be able to multitask and organise your time effectively.

However, you must have:

Ability to work Monday to Friday with the occasional mid-week on-call and Saturday shift (additional payment provided);

Experience as a fleet controller, fleet coordinator, allocator, transport coordinator, booking coordinator or similar;

Intermediate computer literacy skills;

An action-oriented, organised and adaptable work style;

A strong level of commitment to the wider business teams and your role; and

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually.
