The Role
As a talent acquisition expert and trusted advisor the Team leader will drive team
engagement, leading, coaching, developing and inspiring a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to find and deliver high calibre talent for our clients and an exceptional experience to our hiring managers and candidates.
Key Accountabilities
Managing a team of diverse individuals setting them up for success and enabling them to grow their careers Setting clear objectives and having regular quality conversations (weekly 121s) to discuss individual performance, development and wellbeing.
Act as a Talent champion – training, coaching & advising your team to build its technical and strategic capability. Ensuring development plans in place for each member of the team and discussed regularly.
Recognizing and rewarding growth, promoting talent and addressing underperformance. \
Leading & inspiring high performance, driving team performance to ensure successful delivery against key metrics through engagement and accountability:
Regular and informal touch points to discuss performance: resolving issues, sharing
knowledge and celebrating successes.
Support the team in ensuring understanding and application of effective recruitment techniques and the innovative use of available tools.
Skills & Requirements
Provide subject matter expert, providing support to the team to develop bespoke, targeted sourcing plans and ensuring that they can bring insights driven solutions to recruitment challenges.
Responding to client escalations in a timely manner, supporting recruiters and sourcers to reach a successful conclusion to any escalations. Interacting with the
Client Partnering team and / or client stakeholders as appropriate.
Maintain accuracy in reporting and tracking to drive accountability, manage capacity & identify areas of improvement and strong performance. Recognising core trends that might drive change.
Inputting into talent reviews and succession plans.
Track candidate status and requisition updates in relevant systems.
Identify and flag scope creep for account contractual management.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and track compliance risks

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration $77,800 - 115,900 - US or $89,200 - 117,400 if located in Canada plus applicable benefits.
