About the team and the role:
What you will accomplish:
You will build and complete the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams. Be the champion of execution excellence. Proactively find opportunities to increase test velocity and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements: use data to advise forecast business impact for your ideas.
Prioritize features / improvements based on various factors like business value, user needs, effort, etc.
Author A/B tests: build hypotheses, design test setup, define KPIs.
Implement tests and customer experience improvements.
Create PRDs, convey requirements to the Engineering teams and jointly work through execution.
Create and maintain project plans; handle dependencies and ensure execution readiness; continuously find opportunities to improve.
Raise and help resolve project blockers; update Jira boards and supporting documentation.
Measure results: assess performance against benchmarks, make recommendations for scaling decisions.
Continuously capture insights: analyze customer feedback for product improvements; conduct market research and competitor analysis, monitor industry trends for opportunities to innovate.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience in product, growth marketing, business, or consulting roles with a strong focus on customer conversion and performance optimization; 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience owning and optimizing performance-based lifecycle communications (email, push, in-app, or similar), including audience strategy, trigger logic, messaging, and measurement.
Strong experimentation perspective - ability to design hypotheses, forecast impact, run A/B tests, interpret results, and translate findings into scalable improvements.
Deep comfort with metrics and data: defining success metrics, monitoring funnel and health KPIs, diagnosing performance issues, and making data-informed tradeoffs between short-term gains and long-term customer value.
Excellent product sense - ability to understand user intent, problems, and context, and partner with design and product to deliver simple, effective customer experiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Operations in fast-paced environments.
Highly organized, passionate about achieving results, and attentive to details; takes initiative and seeks continuous improvement. Able to find the most efficient way to build impact while maintaining high quality.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or experimentation platforms, and the ability to work optimally with technical partners on requirements, data dependencies, and implementation.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$160,800 - $214,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
