Assist all local hiring activities and procedures.

Assist all comp and benefit regular administration

Assist all talent development / corporate training etc. administration

Assist all local employees in engagement promotion, events, and activities.

Assist maintaining HR policies, guidelines, standards, etc.

Assist local community relation activities, ERG, etc.

Assist all ad hoc tasks in HR

HR working experiences

Using HRIT operating experience

Basic understanding regarding labor law, social security, Income tax, etc.

Excellent communication in Japanese / Practical communication in English
