The Role

This is a 6 month contract.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.

Develop recruitment strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions.

Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Skills & Requirements

Experience recruiting withing high volume corporate hiring

Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.

Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy, market trends, and talent availability.

Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and hiring plans.
